Are you aware of the Conflict of Interest Policy and How it Impacts you?

A conflict of interest manifests itself in situation of competing loyalties that causes pursuit of personal benefits for oneself, friends or family at the expense of the company or its customers. The New Generation Group Company Code of Ethics clearly outlines what will be regarded as conflict of interest. Attached is a copy of the policy and will soon be easily accessible from the intranet.

Declaration of Interest Form and How to Complete it

New Generation is an ethical company that thrives on compliance with laws, Codes and Standards. In order to ensure the highest integrity and public confidence in its activities, the company requires that its’ shareholders, directors, officers and employees (SDOEs) disclose any circumstances that could give rise to a potential or reasonably perceived conflict of interest related to the subject of the activity in which they will be involved.

Attached is the required form to be completed and submitted to HR or Legal Department. The form should be updated annually to ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics and the internal policies.
