Please be advised that New Generation Group, its affiliates’ and subsidiaries have embarked on a companywide policy review and development process. To date hereof the company has introduced various policies which all employees are required to acquaint themselves with.

To date hereof the company has hosted various seminars in respect of Ethics, Governance and Compliance training. The Company has adopted the following:

  1. Company Code of Ethics
  2. Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy
  3. IT Policy
  4. Whistle Blowing Policy and Procedure

Kindly ensure that you peruse these policies and conduct yourselves in a manner that complies with these policies.

The company is in the process of introducing its very own intranet platform to assist with the sharing of information which includes the abovementioned policies.

In the interim all New Generation Group Policies are available on the NG Dept Folder (Z:) under the folder named (‘New Gen Group Policies’). In the event that you are unable to access this folder kindly direct your queries to IT Support – it@newgenmc.co.za.
